Wim Hof Method Workshop ~ Fall 2021

Discover a deep inner peace and calm through the Wim Hof Method of meditation, bodywork, focused breathing techniques and cold therapy. Our certified instructors will guide and facilitate increasing inner strength as well as becoming more aware of the mind/body connection. The afternoon includes a nutritious catered lunch and culminates with a timed ice bath, earning you a certificate of completion for the Wim Hof Method workshop.

Spirit Circle ~ September 28th, 2019

Please join us for our second Spirit Circle with internationally known Medium Fleur at our home in Topanga, CA on Saturday, September 28th from 12:00 pm - 2:00 pm. Flour is a lovely person and has an uncanny ability to connect with those crossed over to the other side, so we are very honored to host an event with her here this Fall!

Spaces are limited to 30 guests and tickets are $60 per person. (Sliding scale is available so please email directly to discuss). We look forward to meeting you and sharing the experience of Fleur’s amazing ability to connect with loved ones on the other side.

WHF is very excited to announce internationally known Medium Tim Braun as our first event in Spring ~ 2019! The Spirit Circle will be held at our home in Topanga, CA on Saturday, March 23rd from 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm.
