I have one piece of advice - BOOK THIS PLACE NOW! As an owner of multiple vacation rental properties who regularly books luxury vacation homes around the world, I can say with certainty that this is one of THE BEST vacation properties you can book anywhere. The natural setting cannot be beat - stunning expansive views of the ocean and the vistas of Topanga, gorgeous and serene hillsides sprinkled with colorful flowers and plants, salty fresh air from the ocean that great you every time you step outside onto the numerous balconies and patios, and beautiful horses that make you truly appreciate the magic of Mother Nature. This natural setting alone is worth booking this place. That said, the house is equally magical: a sophisticated, modern yet rustic cabin style villa with stunning views from the many windows and french doors, plenty of space for large families and groups, decorated to make you feel like you are in France or Italy, fully stocked throughout the house, where no detail has been spared - even the music selection playing in the background is just fabulous with eclectic choices that reflect the sophistication and unique beauty of this property. Can it get any better than this? Well, yes. . . . The owners - Tamara and Nicholas - are truly kind, wonderful, welcoming and generous hosts. The property is big - 8 acres. So, Tamara has lovely ranch animals and horses. Well, my children love horses. Tamara was beyond generous with her time allowing my girls to ride and enjoy the horses for hours on end. . . . Tamara clearly loves her property, her animals, and was made to be a host. My entire family felt as if we had been transported to the hills of Tuscany or Nice. Words really cannot capture all that this property offers. Particularly in this time of the pandemic, I highly recommend booking a week or two at this place for rejuvenation of your soul and celebration of life. Truly magical!
